Symptom

  • When scheduling a publication with a non administrator account, it fails with the error :
  • ERROR [PublishingService:HandlerPool-22] BusinessObjects_PublicationAdminErrorLog_Instance_xxxx - [Publication ID # xxxx] - An exception was caught while scheduling the publication. (FBE60203) [1 recipients processed.]
  • The log file shows the following error :
