Symptom

  • OpenDocument calls for Crystal Reports fail in IE8
  • In Central Management Console(CMC), viewing a Crystal Report gets error: "The argument has an invalid value"
  • In InfoView, the screen comes up blank.
  • In both cases, a screen flashes quickly that looks like the InfoView logon page.
  • FireFox works with no issues.
