Environment
The program is available on all PCM installation media. It can be found in the directory where the installation media was unzipped.
Typically it is located in ..\7.0\Windows_Edition\Tools for version 7.0 or ..\7.5\Windows_Edition\Tools for version 7.5. If do not find SerialManager.exe, then locate the installation media and expand it. If you do not have the installation media then please download the software from the SMP.
