1498398 - Open Item of Task Category Notification Can Not be Deleted

In My Launchpad work center you want to remove an item, but the Delete button is not available.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the My Launchpad work center.
2. Select Work: Inbox tab.
3. Select All Open Items option.
4. Mark an Item.
5. Choose the Actions button.
6. Delete is not available.

The item you want to delete has category Notification. Notification(s) cannot be deleted from SAP Business ByDesign.

In order to remove the items from the worklist, you can acknowledge the Notification(s), using below steps:

1. Select the Notification(s) you want to acknowledge.
2. Choose the Actions button and select Acknowledge.
3. The selected Items will switch the status to Completed.
4. After selecting Refresh they will be removed from the list.
