How synchronization works in groupware.
Resolution
1. You click on Synchronize Groupware option
2. A mail will be sent to your configured E-Mail address
3. This mail contains AddressBook.CSV file and MainDocument
4. Groupware add-in checks this mail and insert the address book entries in your outlook client and then delete the mail from your inbox. So this is a Temporary E-Mail
Limitation: You do not have to open this mail otherwise groupware add-in would not be able to synchronize it.
