'A database error occured.  The database error text is : (CS)"Error on Fetch". (WIS 10901) is sometime raised while refreshing a webi report in Infoview

1. Refresh a webi report in Infoview -> 'A database error occured.  The database error text is : (CS)"Error on Fetch". (WIS 10901)  is sometime raised.

Note.  No error is raised in Webi Rich Client when done the same workflow.

It may not be easy to reproduce this issue - this is quite specific, relating to the combination of customer environment (BW version, Support Package, etc) along with BO environment , query design and combination of data and variables in the report being refreshed. The exact combination of contributing factors cannot be pinpointed to give the specific cause.

This is not Business Objects problem but related to an issue on the BW side.

N.B.  The resolution cannot be pinpointed to one specific SAP Note, but it was found that the combination of installing the following list of Notes resolved the problem.
