Symptom

  • Unable to refresh web intelligence reports having prompts and conditions in the query  from Infoview when setting German as product locale
  • The following error message occurs: "An internal error occurred while calling the 'answerPrompts' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)".
  • If product locale is reset to English, reports refresh without problems.
