1502901 - Clustered Central Management Servers can run individually, but not concurrently

Symptom

  • In a clustered environment (>2 Central Management Servers), only one of two Central Management Servers will start at a time.
  • Either server will start successfully on its own, but the two are unable to run concurrently
  • When attempting to start the second server, it fails and may report the following error:  Oracle DB Error: ORA-00001: unique constraint (AUDIT11R2_PRD_APPL.APPLICATION_TYPE_1) violated
