Symptom

The SAP Integration Kit BW Publisher is configured on the BusinessObjects Enterprise machine

On SAP BW when one clicks to "verify CE-Definition" in /CRYSTAL/RPTADMIN transaction the Destination status gives the message "Destination alive but unable to logon to Enterprise"
