Symptom
- When Accessing BI via EP SSO using OpenDocument, SSO works from one EP Portal to the BI (system configured as the default system in Enterprise), but fails when coming from another EP when the system is not set as the default.
- It could also appear that SSO from portal fails to BI because the BI system default is not the portal default
- The below error may be found in BILP / CMS logs (where <DEFAULT SYSTEM> is the value specified in CMC -> Authentication -> SAP and not the system which created the ticket):
detail:Logon ticket could not be validated by system <DEFAULT SYSTEM>. Message: ID:AM Type:W Number:286 ADRT (USER_OR_PASSWORD_INCORRECT). Ticket/logon string: <MYSAPSSO2COOKIE>
