1507706 - Error WSA10060 returned when scheduling reports to Ftp in Business Objects Enterprise XI 3.x

Symptom

When scheduling to Ftp, the connection closes before the FTP server gives its answer around one second after the request.  If the FTP answer comes with less than 1 second, everything goes well. This is a random behaviour.

The following error is included in the Job Server log:

Date Time|==| | |xxxx|xxxx| |||||||||||||||(.\destination_ftp.cpp:771) destination_ftp: exception caught during login to ftp server [server_name] (userName[user_name], userAcct[]). Details: [Failed to read reply from control connection: WSA10060].
