1508023 - Asterisks appearing in a PCM grid despite the model being calculated to leaf cost object level

Symptom

When a PCM model is opened and a grid is loaded quite soon afterwards, then the grid displays asterisks for a consolidated cost object-related value when values are expected to be seen.

Environment

SAP BusinessObjects Profitability and Cost Management (PCM) all supported versions

Configured using Sockets
Configured using DCOM
Configured to an Oracle database
Configured to a SQL Server database
BusinessObjects XI 3.0 Enterprise InfoView
BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1
SAP Business Intelligence (BI) 4
CITRIX server acts as client machine

Using the Internet Information Server (IIS) web server
