1508213 - Publication fails with the error, The server has reached the maximum number of simultaneous connections (Error: RWI 00239)

Symptom

  • A publication with a WebI report is scheduled to dynamic recipients(source is Crystal Reports) with personalization.
  • Although "one database fetch for all recipients" is selected(this is the only option available when dynamic recipients are used), WebI processing server opens multiple connections.
  • At the result, WebI processing server can use up all the available connection and the publication schedule fails with "The server has reached the maximum number of simultaneous connections. (Error: RWI 00239)".
