Symptom

Temporary files of Life Cycle Manager/Promotion Management are not getting deleted automatically from windows server; from following locations:

C:\windows\temp
C:\Documents and settings\Username\Local settings\temp
C:\Users\<serviceaccount>\AppData\Local\Temp
