1509062 - Input Controls missing in Web Intelligence reports converted from Desktop Intelligence documents

• Unable to see the Input Controls in a Web Intelligence report converted from Desktop Intelligence with multiple tabs using the Report Conversion Tool
• When adding Input Controls to a WebI Report which is converted from DeskI the controls fail to be displayed in InfoView DHTML or Interactive viewers
• Input Controls display fine fine in Java Report Panel
