Symptom
- The report is getting data from a web service
- After about 120 seconds the viewer displays the error:
"Cannot determine the queries necessary to get data for this report"
Environment
- Windows 2003 Server
- Crystal Reports 2008 (v.12.3.x), Service Pack 3
- VS .NET 2008
Resolution
- Find the file CRConfig.xml located in C:\Program Files\Business Objects\Common\4.0\java
- Change the setting <SocketTimeout>60000</SocketTimeout> under the XML tag to 600000
