1509322 - (IFRS Starter Kit): How to access to Dynamic Hierarchy Editor (DHE) without being primary admin - BPC MS

• In order to open the Dynamic Hierarchy Editor (DHE) in BPC for Excel, the BPC user has to be assigned to the 'Primary Admin' task profile. Is there another way to have access to DHE without allowing some of the other authorizations that are included in the 'primary admin' profile ?
• If only the 'Consolidation Manager' task profile (available in the IFRS Starter Kit) is assigned to a user, he will not be allowed to access to DHE from the Excel interface.
