1509460 - Xcelsius cache server disabled if CORBA SSL is configured on BO XI 3.1 SP3

Symptom

  • Going to Central Configuration Manager (CCM) > Manager servers, or through Central Management Console (CMC) > Servers, Xcelsius Cache Server appears to be disabled when SSL is configured for the SIA communication.
  • Xcelsius Cache Server crashes during shutdown:
    • Application Event Viewer ID 33017 from CMS:
Unable to contact server SIA.XcelsiusCacheServer on machine HOSTNAME to perform status notification. Please check the server's system log for errors.
  •  
    • Application Event Viewer ID 1000 from xccache.exe

Faulting application xccache.exe, version 12.3.0.601, faulting module ebus-3-3-2-6.dll, version 12.3.0.601, fault address 0x0002a849.
