Symptom

  • The error message below appears to the new BPC user  when choosing custom menu: "Cannot open process menu"

  • In the "Homedir" a folder tree is created, but it finishes on .../eEXCEL. Three levels are missing: REPORTS\WIZARD\PROCESSMENU as shown below:
