Symptom

  • Duplicate check is not working.
  • Duplicate error tolerant search (DES) does not cause a duplicate hit list to be generated in some cases.
  • Exact matches are not being returned, even though the system indicates they were returned by Data Services.
  • Why when the screen tells the enduser that the business partner is a duplicate, can't the potential matches be displayed?
