SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

Symptom

  • When trying to Login to InfoView using AD authentication getting the following error message :Account Information Not Recognized: The Active Directory Authentication plugin could not authenticate at this time. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact your technical support department. (FWM 00005)
  • All the configuration settings for manual AD authentication is setup correctly. Kinit is successful. Client tools login is also working.

Note: If manual AD logins only fail for users outside of the default domain please see KB 1569387 (attached)
