1512999 - BIOD Error when exploring datasets

Symptom

When attempting to explore a published dataset on bi.ondemand.com, an error is displayed.

Error:

It was not possible to open the Information Space

It is not possible to begin exploration of the Information Space. (PS 50006)

Details shows:  Unable to explore dataset

Resolution

The ability to explore datasets will be possible after clearing the browser cache.

  1. Clear Browser cache
  2. Restart Browser
  3. Logon to bi.ondemand.com
  4. Open a dataset
  5. Click on "Explore" tab
