Symptom

Unable to login to Infoview or CMC using win AD credentials

When clicking on Update button in CMC>Authentication>Windows Active Directory page the following error message is displayed:

"Error updating Windows AD authentication properties: The Active Directory Authentication plugin failed to verify the domain: "<Domain name>". Please make sure this domain exists and is accessible."
