1514656 - STRUST shows error message "PSE locked for changes" when opening SSL Server PSE

Symptom

When opening the SSL Server PSE, transaction STRUST shows the error message TRUST053 "PSE locked for changes".
PSEs other than the SSL Server PSE are not concerned of this issue.
