Symptom
- User cannot login to BusinessObjects Enterprise using LiveOffice
- Upon trying to login, users get following error:
An error occurred while logging on. (LO 02040)
The service cannot be found for the endpoint reference (EPR).
https://AppServerIP:Port/dswsbobje/services/SLiveOffice
Where AppServerIP and Port are the IP Address and Port of the Application server on which dswsbobje web application is deployed. - There is no valid web service named SLiveOffice
