1515918 - Route is not determined when creating sales order with BAPI

• The BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 function is used to create a sales order. When filling in the input table ORDER_PARTNERS, not only the Partner number (PARTN_NUMB) but also some related address data for the 'Ship-to party' is included. After the sales order has been created, the system did not determine the route.
• The BAPI can determine the route in the sales document when only the 'Sold-to party' is filled in input table ORDER_PARTNERS (without address data).
• Missing route issue does not occur when the sales order is created in VA01.
