Symptom

  • when opening a Crystal Report or PDF or Excel or Word from Infoview or Portal Integration or using opendocument you receive the error:
    Error: "Can't find bundle for base name <base name>  locale xx_YY"
    where <base name> can be one of the following:
      - com.businessobjects.ivcdview.viewerresources
      - com.crystaldecisions/celib/g/dResources
    the locale xx_YY may be any for example:
      en_US or en_AU or es_PE or es_MX etc.
