1517437 - Problems with the Zoom function when viewing a WebIntelligence report in MOBILE on a Blackberry device

Symptom

  • A table of 'x' pixel width in WebIntelligence needs to be shown as 'x' pixel wide in Mobile, when using MoBI SP2 product. Currently this is not the case.
  • When a user attempts to zoom a table to 100% in a report in the Mobile Preferences page, the Mobile application does not display the
    table as per the dimensions specified in the report design.

Resolution

This bug has been resolved in the following releases:

  • FixPack 2.9 for 3.1 Service Pack 2
  • FixPack 3.2 for 3.1 Service Pack 3
