1517751 - Folded breaks are appearing Unfolded after refreshing a WebIntelligence 3.1 report in SP2 onwards

Symptom

  • When refreshing a WebIntelligence report after folding a break, the fold becomes unfolded.
  • The report contains a mandatory prompt on an object (applied to a class in the Universe). The object on which this prompt is based is also set as a Section in the report. If refreshing and keeping the previously selected data (i.e. the section value does not change) there is no issue.
  • If refreshing and selecting alternative prompt values for the object set as a section, so the actual data content of the cube is now changed, then the unfold issue will occur.
