1518544 - Error: "DA0005 " while creating new data provider in Deski getting a connection error in BO XI 3.1

While creating the new data provider in Desktop Intelligence  if the Operand is ‘Select Query Results (ANY)’ and the object selected is a Date object then it shows following error.

Error: Connection or SQL sentence error: (DA0005)

Exception: DBD, [Microsoft][SQL Native Client][SQL Server]The conversion of a char data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range datetime value.State: 22007
