1518578 - SAP users are not importing automatically or disappearing regardless of option settings in the CMC - SAP plugin

• When adding roles in the CMC > authentication > SAP plugin the users do not show up in users and groups
• When users login manually they appear but at other times users can disappear as well
• Adding new groups may make old users disappear
• Setting options for automatically import users or force user synchronization do not resolve.
• Granting SAP_ALL for the SAP user that is configured on entitlement tab of SAP authentication in CMC resolves the issues.
• When the entitlement user is a member of SAP_ALL the users are imported properly or automatically (depending on options) 
• When entitlement user is member of SAP_ALL the users no longer disappeared when updating SAP roles
• CMS logging indicates the proper users are being discovered but they don't appear in the CMC or disappear when updating roles

Issue has been observed on XI 3.1 SP3 possibly other versions.
