Symptom

  • Error - "Account information not recognized: Access is denied." when a newly created user logs into InfoView.
  • The user is a member of the ‘Everyone’ group and the group has 'Full Control' access to InfoView.
  • If the user is added to the 'Administrators' group, he can log into InfoView.
