1521721 - Row level restriction gets applied to the repository universe automatically.

Symptom

  • When any modification is done in the local copy of the universe, the changes are applied to repository universe only when the universe is exported. 
  • This however is not happening with the Row/Object level restrictions. The resctriction gets applied to the repository universe even when the local universe is not exported to repository after creating or modifying the resrtiction.
