1522021 - Change time scaling of the charts axis to show hours, minutes or seconds on a report in Crystal Reports

• Unable to find a way to change the time scaling to hours minutes, seconds.
• Does crystal reports allow to scale time graphics on other time units smaller than day, year or month ?

• SAP Crystal Reports 2020
• SAP Crystal Reports 2025

1. In Crystal Reports, create a report based on any data sources.
2. Create a time graphic in the report where data are based on units smaller than day, month or year, for instance chose minutes as unit
3. Refresh the report to build the graphic.
4. Notice that in time axis values smaller than days, months or years are not marked in the axis.

• This functionality does not currently exist in the product.
• In facts, Crystal Reports support only basic time unit such as day, year or months, any smaller value than these will not be set in the time axis.

• The suggestion is to propose a product enhancement on the SAP Customer Influence.
