1522054 - Red X displays instead of report image at runtime using the .NET SDK

Symptom

A web application is deployed as a custom website. After manually configuring the crystalreportviewers12\ directory for the 2.0 Framework we see a red x in place of a report image in the Crystal Report Viewer at runtime. The properties of the red x image placeholder displays a "404 - Page Not Found" error that refers to the CrystalImageHandler.aspx page.
