When doing a cms copy from SAP BusinessObjects XI R2 to XI3.1, You get an option to choose "Autodetect" or specify the "11.5" as the source data source. When Autodect is selected the CMS copy takes much longer as compared 11.5 is selected. The security is also not the same. When auto detect is selected the rights come over as expected from XIR2 to XI3.1.
