Symptom

  • Xcelsius Dashboards are configured to refresh from cached Crystal Reports via Live Office
  • The Xcelsius Dashboards refresh successfully in the Development environment
  • After migrating to a Production environment, the Xcelsius Dashboards return "Error: LO 26608" upon refresh
  • The same error occurs when refreshing Live Office in the Excel spreadsheet alone
