1522974 - Error "The server has reached the maximum number of simultaneous connections (Error: RWI 00239)" when a publication with dynamic recipient and Excel or PDF format is sent via E-mail

Symptom

  • A Publication with a WebI report is scheduled to dynamic recipients with personalization.
  • Although more than 1 WebIntelligenceProcessing Servers are available and the total number of "maximum connections" is higher than the number of recipients, publication failes.
  • Publication schedule fails with "The server has reached the maximum number of simultaneous connections. (Error: RWI 00239)".
