1524381 - Seeburger Mapping Counter function RuntimeException

Symptom

Messages fail at mapping stage. The following exceptions (viewed in Seeburger Workbench and/or the defaultTrace file) may be thrown:

  • java.lang.RuntimeException:CounterBeanServlet: Could not call nextCounter() method of the Servlet. Cause=java.lang.Exception: Servlet returned 500 Internal Server Error
  • com.seeburger.functions.permstore.PermstoreException: CounterBeanServlet: Could not call listCounters() method of the Servlet
  • exception_in_UNBCounterjava.lang.RuntimeException: CounterBeanServlet: Could not call nextCounter() method of the Servlet. Cause=java.lang.Exception: Servlet returned 503 Service Unavailable
