1525472 - Some deski reports failing with RCIRAS0546 error

Symptom

  • Users receive the following error when trying to view a DeskI report through InfoView
    "An error has occurred: Your request could not be completed because a failure occurred while the report was being processed. Please contact your system administrator.[ RCIRAS0546 ]
  • The issue is often with one or few DeskI reports, while several other DeskI reports work fine
  • The failing reports are migrated from BOXIR2 system
  • Issue occurs with all users including the Administrators
  • Scheduling reports also fails
