Symptom
- Users receive the following error when trying to view a DeskI report through InfoView
"An error has occurred: Your request could not be completed because a failure occurred while the report was being processed. Please contact your system administrator.[ RCIRAS0546 ] - The issue is often with one or few DeskI reports, while several other DeskI reports work fine
- The failing reports are migrated from BOXIR2 system
- Issue occurs with all users including the Administrators
- Scheduling reports also fails
