• Recieve an error message "The date for the prompt “<Prompt Text>“ is invalid. (WIS 10706)“ when refreshing a Web Intelligence Report
• The Preferred Viewing Locale in InfoView Preferences is set to Spanish
• The report contanis a date prompt, and the date is selected using the calendar control
• Spanish (Spain) works as expected, issue seems to be with South and Latin American locales
