1526664 - ERROR: load: class com.businessobjects.wp.tc.TCMain not found when creating Webi document

Symptom

  • BusinessObjects is deployed using Weblogic 10.3 as an Application server which has been SSL secured. 
  • The error message is displayed after selecting a universe when trying to create a Webi Report.
  • The error message may be displayed when trying to launch the Webi report panel
  • Error only occurs when using ssl (https). The workflow doesnt fail when not using ssl (http).
  • Upon reviewing the full error message on the java console, error indicates as Caused by: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Received fatal alert: bad_record_mac
