Symptom

  • On opening a WebIntelligence report in FixPack 3.1 or 3.2, user gets an error: "This document does not contain any reports (Error: INF)"
  • Occurs only on AIX platform. Windows works fine.

  • Occurs on AIX platform only.

Note: this issue does not occur in WebIntelligence 3.1 Service Pack 3.
