• Drill down cursor appears on a cross-tab when placing a cross-tab in group headers/footers sections when displaying the report in the .NET Winform Viewer through RAS .NET SDK

Environment:

• Crystal Report 2008
• Visual Studio 2008
• .NET Framework 2.0

How to reproduce the issue:

Download the attached RAS .NET WINFORM APPLICATION (TestWindowsApp.zip) and a SAMPLE REPORT (cross_tab_drill_down_cursor.zip):

-          Run the .NET Application against the Sample report

-          And we notice that Drill down cursor appears on a cross-tab when moving the mouse over the cross-tab. When you drill on a row you cannot get to this row’s specific values, only to the group values under which the entire cross tab is placed. This is confusing and this is not user-friendly. This case it is a bug.

-          Now if you open the report in the Crystal Report Designer, we notice that this case does not occur and everything works well.
