1531409 - How to deploy the CRVS2010 runtime when using merge modules?

Symptom

Using merge modules certain runtime files may fail to register resulting in errors
Example:

Error 1904.....failed to register crtslv.dll

Environment

CRVS2010 (13.x)
Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2010

Reproducing the Issue

Create a setup project by adding only the merge modules for CRVS 2010

Cause

The CRVS201 merge modules do not include VC++ dependencies

Resolution

Install the Visual Studio 2005 Service Pack 1 ATL Security Update
Add the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package ATL Security Update to your setup project
NOTE; there are no 64 bit MSM files
