Symptom
- Unable to login to Business objects InfoView or Central Management Console
- Tomcat seems to hang on start up
- Tomcat cannot initialize Performance Management applications
- In stdout.logs in <BOBJINSTALLDIR>\tomcat\logs the following message is seen:
"initializing performance management" - Access to Tomcat home page (http://<TOMCATHOST>:<PORT>) results in a spinning wheel, the same behaviour is seen for the BI web applicaitons (CmcApp, InfoView etc)
