1531941 - "Transport Communication Failure" while logging into Crystal reports designer.

Receive an error "Transport Communication Failure" while logging on to Crystal Reports Designer.

1. Log to Crystal Reports Designer.
2. Enter the user credentials.
3. Error message pops up.
4. Map the IP address of the server on the CMS.
5. We are now able to log in to the crystal reports designer however we receive an error "An error has occurred: Unable to cast object of type BusinessObjects.Enterprise.Infostore.Internal.Infostore to type CrystalDecisions.Enterprise.ISInfostore." while logging into InfoView.

Mismatch between the registry entries on the server and the workstation.

1. Check for the following registry key on the server and the workstation:
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Business Objects\Suite 11.5\Enterprise\CMSClusterMembers.
2. CMSClusterMembers entries should be same as that on the server and the workstation. For example: if the workstation has IP address of the server in the CMSClusterMembers and the server has hostname of the server, then modify the CMSClusterMembers on the workstation.
