• Cannot schedule reports using XLS, PDF or CVS format, error appears
• Previous version of BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 SP3 are working fine
• Successful Instances for WebIntelligence reports scheduled with default format
• Administrator user can schedule with no problem
