Symptom

  • When attempting to install SAP Integration Kit using the Client installation type the following error is returned in a dialogue box:
    Unable to perform Client installation
  • The installation is unable to proceed with a Client installation because neither Crystal Reports 2008 nor Universe Designer were detected.  To perform a Client installation, please install either Crystal Reports 2008 or Universe Designer
