1535321 - Error: Logon failed. Details: Failed to communicate with the driver Worker process

Crystal Reports XI Release 2 throws the following error while running the report

Error: Logon failed. Details: Failed to communicate with the driver Worker process. The server may have terminated unexpectedly.

• Crystal Reports XIR2
• Windows Vista
• Oracle 10g

1. Create the Crystal Report using Oracle Database
2. Go to Control Panel -> User Account and Turn User Account Control "OFF" 
3. Refresh The Crystal Report from the designer

• User Account Control is "OFF".
• User Account Control feature is only present in Windows 7 and Windows Vista

To resolve this problem we have to turn the User Account Control "ON" by following below steps:

1)  Go to Control Panel -> User Account.

2)  Turn User Account Control "ON".
